We make a return to another Kate Pullinger project, Inanimate Alice, an interactive fiction about the life of a little girl with a strong graphical element and a couple of simple puzzles. I first played this game a few years ago and from what I recall, I found it sweet, simple and child-like. I recognised the feelings of being lost and alone when you’re a young child. Actually, when I was little, there was a moment in the Disney Alice in Wonderland animated film that would always make me blub… yes, it’s the part where Alice was lost and alone in Tulgey Wood, crying.
