It is actually a modern modified ancient remedies. The original is just hot ginger tea. Later, it was modified with honey. And even more recent version is with coke to replace the honey. Basically just to make the whole drink taste better. The essence of this remedy is in the ginger.

But man, does it work.

Hi Azzam,

Thanks for writing. As you can guess, I’ve not had much time to actually finish my blog let alone try to blog on a regular basis. Thank god for del.icio.us, that way I can pretend to make an appearance when I’m just making a note of anything that I find interesting. In fact, I’d just spent quite some time browsing through your site. Full of useful information.

I just left my last job with an IT company last month and making the break into freelance web design. So, currently, I’m busy with keeping my clients happy whilst trying to keep up with boring “setting up a business-type-stuff” and squeezing in additional personal projects when I have time. (Like my personal website, for one, and a couple of online web service sites in a web2.0, user-generated content stylee).

Hopefully, once things settle down a bit, I’ll get time to breathe and plan my next strategy.
